You are a registered shareholder if you hold a Puget Energy, Inc stock certificate in your possession, or if you hold your shares in the Investment Plan or in direct registration at Wells Fargo Shareowner Services. Puget Energy’s common stock dividends are paid on the 15th of February, May, August and November.

The Board of Directors declares the dividend each quarter. For the next dividend payable November 15, 2005:

  • dividend rate is .25 per share
  • record date is October 18, 2005
  • ex-dividend date is October 14, 2005

October 20, 1955 – the Board of Directors declared a 50 percent stock distribution

June 20, 1977 – the Board of Directors declared a two-for-one stock split
