NetBasis
Former shareholders can obtain the cost basis of their Puget Energy common shares by utilizing the services of a third-party vendor known as NetBasis. For a fee, NetBasis provides an internet-based, cost basis calculation service. Puget Energy receives no compensation from the NetBasis system and Puget Energy shall have no liability for any information received from its system.
If you choose to use the NetBasis system, you will need your purchase/acquisition/sales dates and the number of shares acquired and/or sold on those dates. The NetBasis system will calculate the cost basis of your shares, automatically adjusting for dividend reinvestment and any corporate actions.
